Meet Mr. Adachi

Welcome! For 2024-2025, I am the counselor for all of 6th grade and for 7th grade (last names A-L).

I have been a school counselor at Kernodle since 2012. As long as I have been a school counselor, I have always worked in middle schools. I love middle school because it is also a time of great change/growth. But change/growth can be painful. You don't have to be alone - there are people you can talk to. We won't "fix" your problems, but we'll walk alongside you through them.

So here's a little about me... I like to nap. And I like to snack. When I am napping and I dream about snacks, IT IS GLORIOUS.

My wife and I have 3 incredible children. I enjoy spending time with them - no other group makes me laugh and smile more than they do.
