HS REGISTRATION - WGHS for students beginning 9th grade in August 2025

Tuesday, 2/18/2025 (10am - 12pm) = high school introduction presentation & field trip/tour of WGHS.

Friday, 2/14/2025 - Sunday, 2/23/2025 = Students enter/review course requests in PowerSchool at home with families. Students will also complete registration form and return to Social Studies teacher by Monday, 2/24/2025.

• Teacher recommendations are used to help families make informed decisions about course selection. In most situations, families may request courses that are different than what the teacher recommends.

Wednesday, 2/19/2025 = Kernodle counselors help 8th grade students enter course requests in PowerSchool. Students will also receive registration form. Signed registration form should be returned to Social Studies teachers by Monday, 2/24/2025.

Monday, 2/17/2025 (11.30am - 12.30pm) = Kernodle counselors virtual registration information session for 8th grade families.
