There are 2 ways to enter your hours:

Doing a project with a teacher?

1. Log into X2VOL

2. Under "Opportunities", click on "Find Opportunities"

3. Find your teachers opportunity/club name and click "Add to My Opportunities"

4. Under "My Activity Log" click "Add Hours" and complete the form.

5.  Complete ONLY the following sections:

• • Date and TOTAL Hours earned
  • Reflection

 6. Then click under Goal Name “Apply to all Non-Exclusive Goals” and check the box below that your hours are accurate.

 7. Click “SUBMIT” at the bottom.

 

Completing the opportunity outside of school?

1. BEFORE you enter hours, please complete the Approval Form Links to an external site. to make sure your hours will count!

2. Once your project is completed, log into X2VOL (or before the end of the semester)

3. From the dashboard, click "Add Hours" to get to your activity log.

4. Under Personal Project, click "Create New"

5. Complete the form.  You MUST add contact information in order to get the hours verified!

6. An email will be sent to the adult over your project.  Once they verify the hours, Ms. Steele will approve them. (Family members cannot be the verifying adult over the project.)
